How long does it take to receive my order?
Each order is prepared within 24 hours. Shipping is then handled by DHL Express, with a tracking number provided upon shipment. Delivery generally takes 4 to 7 business days . For some more remote areas of Australia, allow up to 9 days.
An item is damaged upon receipt, what should I do?
Our team packs each order with care, so it is very rare for an item to arrive damaged.
That said, if this should happen, contact us at contact@mikanto-shop.com or directly via our online chat, attaching a photo of the product in question. We will then return the item and refund its value.
